If you like chilled coffee drinks, you will love this frappé recipe. This is the perfect “pick me up” & “cool me down” drink on a hot summer day. This recipe is super easy and doesn’t contain any dairy. Instead, I used coconut cream which gives it a smooth and creamy texture. The Vanilla Bean and Cardamom add the perfect amount of verve, without taking over the deliciousness of the coffee and coconut.
**Makes 2 cups as seen in the picture above.
- 500 ml of Brewed and Chilled Coffee
- All the cream from a can of Coconut Milk
- 1.5 oz of Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp of ground Cardamom
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups of Ice
Put all ingredients in a blender, then blend until smooth. Enjoy!
