Acupuncture + Bodywork
Acupuncture helps support any health concern you have. Each treatment is personalized to you specific needs, therefore no two treatments are the same. I use Iyashi No Michi acupuncture which is a style that originated in Japan. Using the most powerful diagnostic tool on the planet - palpation - I am able to find the areas your body needs support. My clients love that this Japanese style of needling is rarely felt, because the use ultra thin needles. I also employ a very hands on approach in my treatments. My focus for any health concern is treatment of the whole body. I aim to get the vital fluids (blood + lymph) to move and circulate to nourish tissues, and release waste. Treatment may include acupuncture, teishin, moxibustion, gentle tuina, and/or cupping.

Pediatric AcuTherapy
Traditional Japanese Shonishin AcuTherapy, is a gentle and effective treatment for children. Unlike acupuncture, Pediatric AcuTherapy uses special non-insertive tools that work on the surface of the skin. I may also use gentle pediatric Moxa. The treatments harmonize meridians, increase blood and lymph circulation, calm the nervous system, and bring balance to the body. Pediatric AcuTherapy can help a wide variety of health issues. For newborn to 14 years old.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a truly holistic approach to full body health and beauty. Health is Beauty, and Beauty is Health. The treatment includes the insertion of very fine acupuncture needles on the body and face. It is followed by a Gua Sha Facial massage using a Rose Quartz Gua Sha stone. Facial Acupuncture not only supports our skin, it helps manage stress, sinus issues, jaw tension, and improves blood and lymph circulation through the head and face.
