I am absolutely thrilled to be offering Somatic sessions. Somatics has made, and continues to make a huge positive impact on my own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, therefore I have immersed in training so I can offer it to clients.

What is Somatics?

Somatics is a gentle movement based approach that helps us release held patterns, tensions, emotions, pains and discomforts. Somatics supports us to move through life with more freedom within our whole being. 

Using slow and intentional movements, we regain awareness and connection with our body. Somatic sessions informs our nervous system how to soften and release tight, held muscles and fascia, which helps ease pain and discomfort.

Somatics is incredibly calming and nourishing to the nervous system. As you are guided to let go of your pattern of holding, the nervous system softens and finds tranquility.
